Wu Shipeng,who is expert of hotel management .He began to devote himself to researching on experience studying in 2001.He is good at educating, leading and assisting trainees. He has worked in many fields, such as pharmaceutical , realty industry , hotel and fast food , which contained product ,sales ,HR and administration .He gradually mastered an operating system suiting for many fields’ specialty ,Especially good at hotel operating. Depending on many years’ working experience and advanced idea in foreign enterprise, he made up the IMC and CRM systems about marketing by himself. Many hotels which imported these two systems have improved their market share and net profit. These years ,he has been going on a speaking tour over the country to spread advanced management ideas and has been a new generation veteran trainer.
